Why have your alarm system monitored?
We can monitor your home for burglary, fire/smoke, low temperature, flood and more. Our ULC-listed home security monitoring station will follow approved protocols and procedures to notify you and your emergency contacts of activity in your home that could be cause for concern. When necessary, the central station will dispatch the appropriate authorities to the premises. You can rely on trained professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alarm monitoring services and tips:
Always have your Sears Home Alarm pass card available to identify yourself to the monitoring station.
Keep your information accurate. Please notify us immediately whenever a key holder or emergency contact person changes.
Train all your alarm system users on how to use your system, and provide them with individual pass cards.
Your home security system has a backup battery. If for any reason your system battery strength runs low, we will contact you.
We recommend that you test your security system on a monthly basis. Call the monitoring station to place the system on test. This will negate the potential for any false alarms and give priority to actual occurrences. Then test your alarm system by tripping various detection devices. After disarming, contact the alarm monitoring station to verify alarm system transmission.
An active telephone service is required for your alarm system to effectively communicate with our monitoring station. Please contact our customer service department before signing up with a telephone service provider, for the specifications required by your alarm system.
